All height and weight antries added , and all players cut or not drafted are in the free agent pool. By Default, Cincy is not included, but Cleveland is. THIS LEAGUE DOES NOT HAVE 31 TEAMS OR THE 2000 NFL SCHEDULE - It is not possible to do this. This is the best I can do.
