Description of ActiveFields program from Softdepia.com:
Do you frequently make the forms in which there are controls connected to data sources? Every time when you place a control to the form, you should set at least the following properties: DataSource, DataField, Caption (or to make a label). Not so much, but when you have a lot of sources, and they have a lot of fields: Once I've tired to do it - and the ActiveFields utility has appeared. With it you can create anyone Data Control simply dragging a field by the mouse from the list to the form - and the control of the given type appears (it can be any type from Component Palette) - with already filled necessary properties, with label, taken from DisplayLabel of the appropriate field. You can select a group of fields from the list at once, and for one movement of the mouse to place them to the form. Or to click on the pop-up menu " Add fields " - and accurately aligned components appear on the form. Try it and you will see, as far as it accelerates process of development of the interface.
ActiveFields is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
