The Advanced Scholar U.S. Capitals is designed to enrich your child's education about our country and its history. After using this software product, your child will be able to locate each state, identify its capital, interesting facts, and study the state's history. Some of this information includes: the year in which the state was admitted into the United States, the size of the state both in population and square mileage, the state bird, the state tree, the role the state has played in developing our nation, and much more. Once your child becomes proficient at identifying each state's capital and location, he or she will be able to reinforce their learning through quizzes. Several types of quizzes, ranging from multiple choice to matching the capital to its appropriate state, to locating the state on a map, will progressively strengthen your child's retention of this information.
