ADV Mass Mailer is a handy program for Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP to allow the users send mass mail to the contacts in their Contacts folders. The sole purpose of the application is to allow the users to send thousands of mails in a familiar environment as if they are sending an email with Outlook. After you write your e-mail, instead of clicking the send button just click the ADV Mass Mail button and select the contacts you want to send your mail to. You will be able to select contacts according to the folders they belong to. The program will automatically create individual mails and send them to the addresses you have selected. Mails will be sent one-by-one and each person will receive the mail as if it has been sent only to him. ADV Mass Mailer also supports BCC, where you easily send a a message to thousands of recipients using BCC option. Adv Mass Mail uses your account settings to send your email so you do not need to make any account modifications. Also you can import email addresses from text files before sending your emails.
