Aicbit can search for images on your hard drives, network drives, CD-ROMs, floppies, and other media. The current version scans files in ICO, BMP, CUR, EXE, DLL, and CPL formats, and can get a Windows-represented image of any file. It also allows you to resize images from a selected file, apply button-shape effects, and save the image as a bitmap in any folder you wish.
Aicbit is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
