Use AssetManage to keep track of your company assets. Attach images, files and URLs to your records. Easily track changes in Status or Location. Our unique View interface makes it easy to see which assets are Assigned to a particular employee, have a particular Status, etc..
Each asset has an associated 'Item Notebook' where you can track repairs and other expenses related to an asset. AssetManage 2003 features support for 3 types of Asset Depreciation (Straight-Line, Double-Declining Balance and Sum of Years Digits). Our Depreciation Report allows you to view Depreciation for a particular year from all assets.
AssetManage features an easy to use Query builder, which will allow you to easily create, save and execute custom queries. Warranty information can be recorded for each asset, you can then check to see which warranties are due to expire in the time frame you specify. An affordable solution for small businesses, sole proprietorships and non-profit organizations.
