Call Director is a Telephony application for Windows95, Windows98, and WindowsNT 4. Working with your 3Com ImpactIQ External ISDN Modem, it provides the following features: Caller ID - a popup window showing the caller's phone number and name, as well as the ImpactIQ analog port on which the call was received. Call Blocking - Don't be disturbed by calls from either numbers that you specify (via the Phone Book), or by any callers that block their outgoing numbers ("Private" or "Anonymous" calls), or both! Registered version only. Call Logging - every incoming and outgoing call logged, including name, number, date, time, and duration. Easily transfer new entries into the Phone Book. (The exclamation point in the icons at the left of the picture below indicate a call that was not completed or answered). Phone Book with call history information - keeps running totals of time spent talking to each entry! Create multiple Phone Books and switch between them as you want! Auto-dial any entry in the Phone Book by clicking on the button to the left of the name. Choose the columns you want to display, and sort on any of them. Call Hold and Recall - Use either Call Director's on-screen interface or your phone's "flash" function to put people on hold, initiate new calls,etc. Not limited to a "Call-Waiting" type function!!! For example, place one call, press your "flash" button and they're on hold - now start a new call and switch between them as much as you like!
