What is Movie Collector? Movie Collector is a program for organizing your personal collection of DVDs, DivX files, VHS tapes, Laserdiscs, etc... You can use it to create a file with detailed information about your movie collection. This file can be browsed, sorted and searched in various ways (e.g. find all movies Arnie plays in, sort your movies by Genre, etc...). Movie lists can be printed and exported to HTML or CSV files. Movie Collector runs on Windows 95, 98, NT4, ME, XP and 2000.
How does it work?
First add your movies to your collection file, one by one. You only have to type the movie title, Movie Collector will download all other information about it from the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) and add it to your file. Then use the Explorer-like screen to view your list.
How can I try it?
You can download a free copy of the software. Unlicensed copies are limited to 25 movies. If you decide you like it you can buy a license key for US$25 (a license key is a 12-digit number based on your name).
