The latest version of CopyText has another new feature from the previous version: CopyText now has the ability to save all your clipboard entries to a file at the push of a button, giving even more flexibilty in your work, especially when surfing the Internet. Any graphic copied to the clipboard can also be saved, and viewed with the built-in graphic viewer.
Tired of typing the same thing into applications over and over again??? CopyText will let you enter 15 words or phrases of unlimited length, (16K) and then paste at will into any application when needed. An icon stays in the tasktray ready for when you need to click on it. Left click on the icon to bring up the main screen, right clicking on the icon will bring up your list of words or phrases. A floating toolbar gives instant desktop access to the main functions of the tasktray icon's right click menu and the clipboard viewer will let you update the clipboard text 'on the fly' as well as supporting 'Drag & Drop' of files, (this will extract the text froam a file,) and Drag & Drop of text from suitable applications such as Word, Outlook, and any OLE compliant application.
CopyText will keep track of the clipboard. Allowing you easy access to your last 18 text entries on the clipboard as well as any graphic you have copied. Clicking an appropriate box on the main form will then place the text or graphic on the clipboard, ready to be pasted. You can start or stop the clipboard watcher at the push of a button. You can choose your own applications you want quick access to. There is also a submenu on the icon's popupmenu listing the clipboard history and a submenu listing your all favourite text entries which can be automatically psated into most applications. It saves you time, enabling quicker Copying and Pasting. It's especially useful when browsing the Web, collecting URL's and info to be checked out at a later stage. It's like having 3 applications all rolled into one.
