DocuTrack offers a secure Document Management Archive for all your companies important documentation over an internal LAN or Intranet! Suitable for a single user or 100 Users + over a suitable network environment. Supporting over 70+ imaging formats, including TIFF, JPEG, PNG etc with Adobe PDF added from September 1st with the release of Version 4 of DocuTrack(currently V3.9x.) DocuTrack supports document capture from any Twain device or via DocuTrack-XChange which allows users to convert output from any 32 bit Windows application software (MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD etc)to a suitable archive fromat and makes an entry automatically for the user within the DocuTrack Archive - no need to print and scan electronic documents any longer! Once stored within DocuTrack - documents are safe from editing and represent a true facsimile of the original for future reference. Documents may be indexed for future retrieval on any of the networks workstations and emailed, faxed or printed for use, direct from DocuTrack! Users are also given usage rights to view documents from the Archive and may be permitted to retrieve only parts of the Archives Cabinet, Drawer or Folder structure as required - as well as limited to what functionality is made available.
