DocuTrack is our principle End User application and offers a solution to the growing paper mountain present in most modern offices. All UK Manufacturing and Distribution rights to the DocuTrack Document Management product are held by Excelerate Technology (UK) Ltd and all enquiries from Clients and Dealers should be directed to them.
Suitable for a single user or a group of user's linked by a LAN or WAN, DocuTrack offers a scalable solution for most small to medium sized companies of in excess of 100 concurrent users. DocuTrack is primarily a Document Management and Archiving tool, storing Documents in secure (non-editable) raster Imaging formats such as the Industry Standard format Tiff files. But in all DocuTrack supports the ability to Scan and View over 70 different formats/flavours. Including JPEG, WMF,PCX,BMP,PNG and many many more. DocuTrack offers different levels of document and feature access to users on a Workgroup and security level basis. Users not entitled to view documents are oblivious of the existence of documents to which they are not entitled to access. Documents are Displayed in a 'Windows Explorer' style tree layout with 4 levels - Cabinets,Drawers, Folders and finally the documents themselves. Making organisation and retrievable very logical. In addition there are search tools to allow retrieval via a simple 'Query by Example' window - which allows the user to search on both system and user defined index fields.
