How does ePostMan work ?
ePostMan runs in the background on a local Windows-workstation or on a Windows-server as well. Using your existing permanent or any dial-up TCP/IP-connections to your mail servers, it periodically checks for new messages.
These messages are downloaded as raw txt-files and saved to any desired directory within your network. Filenames are generated in the 8.3 format, so you can transfer the information also to non-Windows platforms. Attachments, if any, can be found in the same path.
New mails are printed out anywhere in a network automatically if you like.
ePostMan is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
