Flying Fox is a ?scientific data visualization? application. Its intent is to display databases, usually numerical, in ways that make it easier to understand the data. In other words, it?s ?graphing on steroids.? However, Flying Fox goes far beyond traditional graphs. It displays data in other formats, such as: waves, spectrograms, frequency analysis, bitmaps, contours, lattices, flow charts, Gaussian scatter graphs, 3D scatter graphs, 3D topography, solid volumes, and 3D physical simulation data. It requires a Windows (95, 98, NT 4.0, NT 2000) PC. Minimum requirements are a Pentium 100 with 32 megs RAM. More memory and speed are always desirable.
Flying Fox is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
