IconEdit2 is TrueColor icons editor. Supports ICO,ICL,EXE,DLL,BMP and JPEG files for open/extract/convert to icons. Can save your work to TrueColor or 16-color 32x32 or 16x16 ICO, as well as BMP or JPEG files. Allows painting, undo/redo, search icons in your files and capture any 32x32 or 16x16 screen area.
New features in v2.4 include:
- Output of BMP format image improved;
- New Color thermometer tool;
- New Hand tool.
IconEdit2 is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
