ImageScaler Standard edition is the de-facto graphics control for functionality and speed when you need to display graphics inside your application. Based on a modified version of the standard OLE picture box control, but enhanced in areas that developers have been asking for since the beginning of GUI. ImageScaler Standard takes the standard picture box control and gives it new abilities. Gone is the day when the control only supported Windows Bitmap files. ImageScaler Standard gives you the ability to use JPEG, GIF, BMP, DIB, and WMF file formats. ImageScaler also automatically resizes the image to fit within the displayable region while keeping the image in exact proportions. The latter of these features is very important in many applications, like mapping software.
