Description of Imagine That program from Softdepia.com:
Imagine That is a internet/intranet web page authoring system. Designed for the intermediate user, Imagine That was built around a live browser. The web page displayed in the left window of the above screen shot is the actual web browser displaying the page. As you make changes to the page, the browser is automatically updated. Also, as you can see by the red highlight bar around the image, you can drag & drop objects within the browser to where ever you want, or resize them as you see fit. Adding objects to a page is as simple as selecting them from the tabbed toolbar. Each object is a separate "control". You can download new controls for free from the ASM web site or create your own. Controls are simple formatted text files with a list of properties and HTML code. After adding an object, your ready to begin setting it's properties.
The properties window controls most of the web page settings including standard properties like file names, color settings etc. Of course, Imagine That uses standard Windows (tm) style font and color dialogs. Imagine That, however, also provides customized dialogs for JScript, VBScript and image selection.
From the properties window, you can also navigate pages and objects, delete, move to front, send to back, rename etc.
Imagine That supports absolute positioning. Place text on top of graphics, next to them...where ever you want. Write scripting code using JScript, VBScript or mix and match the two. Insert HTML and script code directly or simply edit the events listed in the properties window.
As you can see, Imagine That has a number of features specifically designed for the intermediate web page creator. Work with your web pages in real-time, seeing all changes as they occur. Not just WYSIWYG, but your page in a browser!!! No more designing in the dark then previewing!
Imagine That is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
