Add awesome multimedia to your website! Don't just play background music that can eventually become annoying. Give your visitors the option to select different audio tracks, or turn off the music/message altogether. Also, don't underestimate the business value of audio messaging, especially for the visually impaired, although they can read the majority of the code they may not get the full message. Place your company policies online, or just record web voicemails for your visitors. This uses Sun's AU file format, because it's optimized for the Web. You can convert just about any format, such as WAV, using Syntrillium's Cool Edit utility. Best of all, their partially functional demo version is free.
