Themebar is a skinning application that allows you to fully customize the appearance of Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, My Computer, and Outlook Express. Themebar lets you customize toolbars, animated logos, and background images in all of these applications. In addition, Themebar allows you to customize your Favorites menu icons and the Go button in Internet Explorer. Themebar is extremely easy to use and won't hijack your system. Instead of cluttering up your browser or mail client, Themebar runs discreetly from your SystemTray. There are no custom toolbars required to run Themebar, and it won't gobble up system resources. Unlike other skinning applications, Themebar respects your privacy and does not contain ?spyware? or track your surfing habits.
