The software allows you to cut and trim pieces of MPEG audio files and connect them together in a new file. The software was intentionally optimized for big files (up to 4 GB) for you to easily process big concerts, LPs, etc. MP3 Butcher software converts files to mp3 in real time mode, and when it's impossible (e.g. processor is busy) it makes a buffer on hard disk and then continues recording the data. You can also record audio files from line input of audio card (real time). The software is capable of recording directly to mp3 file if DIVX codecs or Fraunhoffer codec program is installed. Feel like DJ? MP3 Butcher also allows making mixes of MP3s. The program treats fragments of mp3 files as so-called «nodes», and creates mixes simply connecting these nodes. You can reconnect them or even temporarily exclude them from the music composition. Create your mixes no sweat! Just define source file (any mp3), start point and stop point (in relation to source file), volume, balance, and speed and get started! All program features: - Full support for MPEG audio 1 and 2.
