Description of My.Organizer program from Softdepia.com:
PIM that combines scheduler, tasks planner, notebook and events calendar in one. Scheduler features - quick time editing, quick entry insertion, time search. Tasks features - templates library, quick time editing, time and priority sort orders. Events features - different repeating (annual, monthly, daily) and ordinary non-repeating types. Every event, task, schedule element can have a reminder that activates at appointed time. Notes features - sticky notes on the screen with different options.
My.Organizer is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
