This download is a collection of Internet tools that provides a domain scanner, port scanner, Ping and Traceroute features, host address-to-name and name-to-address resolution, detailed output, Whois and Ph clients, a finger utility, and more. It's fully configurable and fast, and works with external viewers. It offers Netstat, a utility that gets info about active connections on a local host; Remote Network Info, a utility that gets more info about a specified remote network (Whois to ARIN, RIPE, APNIC); and it improves the user interface.
Traceroute and Ping are available as separate utilities--not only as domain scanner helpers. Other features include the ability to work in nonblocking mode, allowing you to perform other tasks while resolving hosts; utilities that allow you to create a list of entries you want to check; an FTP client; the ability to set an interval within which to check; a toolbar; and a system tray icon.
OstroSoft Internet Tools is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
