"Outatime" will help you to record how long you spend working on each of your daily activities. On a regular basis, "Outatime" will appear on your screen, and ask you to click on the activity (or activities) you have been working on since the last time it appeared. If you have to fill out a timesheet at the end of the week, "Outatime" will be able to calculate your figures automatically.
Outatime is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
