In various computers the set of Russian letters is coded according to various standarts (DOS, Windows, KOI-8...). If the original e-mail coding was changed incorrectly several times through its way the message will be nonreadable. "Reanimator" will try thousands...hundreds of thousands of variants - as many as necessary. As a result the original message in normal Russian language appears. "Reanimator" has another useful function - transliteration, which is the possibility to translate (if ordered), Russian text from Roman alphabet to Cyrillic and back.
