Tardis 2000 - description from Softdepia.com:
Tardis 2000 is a shareware utility for Windows that makes sure your PC?s clock tells the right time. Tardis 2000 can use different types of servers to set the time, including SNTP, Time/UDP, Time/TCP, Proxy servers and NTP broadcasts. Tardis can be set to synchronize at a pre-set number of minutes, and it can wait until you are connected to the Internet. The Windows NT/2000 version of Tardis 2000 runs as a Windows NT/2000 "service", just like other services that come as standard with Windows NT/2000.
Tardis acts as both a server and client for the supported protocols. I.e. Tardis 2000 can get the time from a timeserver with the ?correct? time and then make the ?correct? time available to local clients.
Tardis 2000 running on a central server can be used as a master time source for the domain by running the Windows 3.x or Windows 95/98/ME version of Tardis 2000 or K9 on the other workstations of the domain using the NT/2000 machine as the server.
Tardis 2000 is a "Free to try" program. You can download and try it for an evaluation period.
