Easy to learn and fun to use with its friendly, intuitive interface, Wintility Plus lets users browse through any file stored on their hard disk, including texts, worksheets, presentations, e-mail messages, and images. It dramatically simplifies and speeds locating and retrieving information by permitting document attributes -- such as name, location, content or description within a given subset -- to be used as selection criteria.
In addition, Wintility Plus enables users to highlight documents and attach summarized descriptions that speed up recognition and research; create multiple references to documents in the catalog; and run the most common e-mail functions without exiting the software. A user can also assign expiration dates to documents and be automatically notified when the time is about to expire.
With its WebWintility feature, Wintility Plus also enables users to access their documents from anywhere, at any time, through any Internet browser, and allows multiple users to share documents simultaneously.
